By accessing or using Yuzzah ("Service") at yuzzah.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
Yuzzah is an AI-powered website builder that allows users to create, edit, and publish websites using artificial intelligence. Features vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Your content: You retain ownership of the content you create using Yuzzah. By publishing content through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and serve that content as part of operating the Service.
Our platform: Yuzzah and its underlying technology, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
AI-generated content: Outputs generated by AI models are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing and ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.
Yuzzah offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to affected subscribers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuzzah and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your content.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
